BUSINESS ETHICS

Supervision of business ethics is one of our major lines of responsibility. It includes protecting the interests of clients and members, overseeing business ethics, ethics of mutual relations of members as competing operators and the quality of services. Business ethics governs Member of Association Code of Ethics.

Member of Association Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a set of rules of professional ethics, which sets out the Association of Financial Agents and Advisors (AFISP) moral principles of conduct in order to protect clients' rights and financial interests of consumers and in improving the quality of competition.

Over ethics oversees the Ethics Committee of the Association of Financial Agents and Advisors.

Disciplinary Order

Specifies the type of sanctions that may be imposed, method of deposition, rights and obligations of members of the Association as well as the procedure of the Board of the Association of Financial Agents and Advisors , as the Appellate Body against the decision of the ethics committee.
